Rishika Das Roy is leading Sectoral Strategy and Investments at India Climate Collaborative. With 14 years of experience, she has worked across the policy cycle, from designing and implementing to evaluating climate programs. In her last role, she was tasked with setting up Oxford Policy Management’s Global Urban Policy Practice, which worked at the intersection of cities and climate action, focusing on policy advisory for development partners, multilateral agencies, and governments. Additionally, she has worked on leveraging behavioral insights for resilience, gender, and sanitation at BBC Media Action, including being part of a Technical Support Unit that supported the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, on their key flagship programs – the Smart Cities Mission and the Swachh Bharat Mission. She also has experience in direct climate action and community mobilization with Earth Day Network and Ashoka: Innovators for the Public. She holds an MSc in Environment and International Development from the London School of Economics.
