The Transform Programme aims to equip India’s public-sector officials with the specialised knowledge and tools required to lead transformative climate action, respond to the immediate and long-term impacts of climate change, and address the intricate challenges of building a climate-resilient society.

Public-sector officials at the city, district and state levels engaged in climate- and sustainability-adjacent roles in departments such as urban planning, agriculture, energy and water resources, to name a few – offered in three variants, fundamental, proficiency, and advanced levels, depending on the particular experience levels of participants.
